frontage on West Bay. Accommodates six. Queen bed in master BR; full bed
in second BR; queen sofa bed in living room. Stone fireplace; cable TV;
four seasons room. Nice sandy beach. Yard is shared with Island View #3.
Close to Suttons Bay and Traverse City. Lake view. 2 bedroom, 1 bath,
separate four seasons room, fireplace. Sleeps 4-6
Island View 3. One bedroom, one bath apartment with 100 feet of shared
sandy frontage on West Bay. Accommodates four. Queen bed in master BR;
queen sofa bed in living room. Cable TV. Yard is shared with Island View
#2. Close to Suttons Bay and Traverse City. Lake view. Sleeps 2-4
100 feet of private beach with a southern exposure looking down the bay 11
miles to Traverse City. Great fire pit and grill on the beach. The 300"
deep lot is bordered by a stream and woods with frequent views of
wildlife.
North on M22 roughly 11 miles from Traverse City, the cottages are just 4
miles south of the idyllic town of Suttons Bay on the eastern shore of
Leelanau Peninsula on Grand Traverse Bay.
Nearby attractions include Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore,
Leelanau Sands and Turtle Creek Casinos, wineries, championship golf
courses, the quaint coastal villages of Suttons Bay, Northport, Leland,
Glen Arbor and Traverse City.
Summer 2006 weekly rates:
Island View 1: $2500 per week.
Island View 2: $1800 per week.
Island View 3: $1200 per week
